I bought the Moss 2023 horizontal planner and I’m very happy with it - lovely clean look and amazing quality. Can’t wait for 2024 so I can buy another 😂
Honestly, i havent found the printing flaws that make this a ‘seconds sale’ planner yet. If anything, im still intimidated by how nice the planner is. Overall the design of the planner is quite flexible- theres a number of different types of yearly and monthly planning spreads, but theyre fairly neutral in design so different people can use them in different ways. The lines of the spreads are grey, which helps the things you write stand out. (Dark lines in notebooks are a pet peeve of mine so i really appreciate it!) The vertical orientation is great for time tracking, but can feel rigid at times- people who plan more loosely may prefer the horizontal format. Overall, the planner a joy to use. My only real compalint is, I wish that there was a second set of the yearly priorities halfway through the calendar- I’d be less intimidated to use them if i knew i had a chance to reevaluate them later. I have an anxiety disorder, okay
Overall, its a really nice planner with alot of potential functionality and an inexplicable discount. Its still kinda expensive, but the price shows in the construction & design. If you want a clean barebones planner, go for a muji planner (which i loved btw!), but if youre a real planner freak, treat yourself.
My first time using a Mossery planner was during 2021 with the horizontal layout. The space to write all my to-dos was great, especially having sectioned-off portions to split tasks/etc. I wanted a planner with a monthly spread as well, which these have! For 2022 I chose the vertical layout, so I'm eager to see how well that works for me. The sections on the bottom half are great for tasks that I can't assign for a specific day, but still need to get done of the week. I also really enjoy having a small tracker portion as well.
I am never disappointed about Mossery. This time I noticed that they've changed the material of the sleeve, and I'm really grateful because the old sleeve gets cracked up a lot. Another thing about the 2022 Planner is the introduction with the Solar System as the image. I was really surprised and happy to know that you guys have put a lot of thoughts into each year's dated planner.
It's the best planner ever. this is the 4th year I've ordered one! :)
