Flipping through them before starting, the few pages for each title subjects didn't seem like enough. Starting the first book, those few pages gave me enough without room to overthink or take on too much. They guide you well with the prompts, and though I'm still on the first book the progression laid out throughout the books feels satisfying & with intention.

Learning self-care one page at a time

I've started my personal journey to better mental health late last year. One of the things my therapist encouraged me to learn more about and practice is self-care. As someone who doesn't really know how or when to care for myself, I'm hoping these books will help me finally achieve this.
