Shipping Information
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and personalise your orders. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link and number to trace your parcel. Shipping transit times only start to run once you are provided with a tracking number. Please note that all Mossery products are shipped using a courier service with tracking, so someone will need to be present at your shipping address to receive and sign for the parcel on delivery.
Shipping costs depend on both the weight of the package and destination. You may use our calculator when viewing your Shopping Cart to estimate shipping fee. Shipping prices listed are estimated and might not be the final price. The final price will be shown during checkout.
Shipments may be subject to import custom duties and taxes depending on the country and they will be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country.
Same Day Delivery (Klang Valley, Malaysia)
We are pleased to offer Same Day Delivery for our customers within the Klang Valley
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM (excluding public holidays) will be delivered right to your doorstep on the same day. This service is available for Klang Valley addresses only, with a flat delivery fee of RM20.To ensure timely delivery, please note:
- Same Day Delivery is not available for pre-order items
- Parcels must not exceed 10 kg
- Kindly ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel
While we will always do our best to fulfil Same Day Delivery orders, Mossery reserves the right to cancel or make adjustments subject to stock availability and if the order does not meet the above requirements, unexpected circumstances arise, or if delivery within the same day cannot be guaranteed. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a refund where applicable. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing Mossery.
