Shipping & Pre-Orders

Our pre-orders run on a monthly basis and close on the last day of each month. Orders will be shipped within 4 weeks from the pre-order closing date and the transit time will depend on the courier service.

Pre-orders allow us to manufacture more sustainably while maintaining high quality, as these products include materials sourced from different parts of the world and components that require longer production times. We truly appreciate your patience and continued support.

Due to liquid content in tools like alcohol markers, customs issues may arise. We recommend the Art Kit without tools for a safer and smoother delivery.

Due to recent changes in the US import regulations, international shipments entering the United States may be affected by tariffs and will be subject to import duties imposed by the US Customs.

Please note:

  • Import duties are determined by the US Customs authorities
  • Charges are collected by the US Customs or the courier upon delivery or clearance
  • Duties may be up to 19%, depending on product classification and customs assessment

Customs decisions and charges vary by shipment and are beyond our control. In some cases, customers may be contacted for additional documents, experience longer clearance times, or be charged duties even on low-value orders.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend referring to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) website.

Yes, we ship worldwide from Malaysia. Orders are packed in-house and delivered via trusted courier partners. See our shipping page for more info.

Fantastic bundle!

Eveything in this kit is so worth it. This kit gave me a better understanding how to use alcohol markers and give your art depth.

Beautiful box. I have been following Gretel for sometime and love her art style. It’s never easy to tell the world your process when making artwork. It’s something every artist cherishes, but I hope she continues to make more boxes and even some tutorials. This box was a treat to myself and I cannot wait to see if there are more by her in the future.

Very satisfied !

This art kit is absolutely wonderful. I love it so much. I tested the Ohuhu markers and the Prismacolor pencils and they are really great. I love GretLusky so much, every little piece of art is perfect 🥰 Expensive yes but worth the price!

Whimsy art and soo fun!

I've been trying it out for a few days and really enjoying the experience to do more traditional art again. It takes a lot of pressure off to be able to just colour things in without worrying about drawing anything first! The explanations for the tools was short but it's everything you'd need. I've been a fan of her art for many many years and I'm happy I was finally able to support her!
I haven't been able to try the sketchbook yet but it seems high quality and lays flat. The extra posters/stickers are very nice
