Do my Moss Points expire?
Moss Points do not have expiry dates.
Do my past purchases contribute to my current Moss Point balance?
Accumulation of points only starts after you have signed up for Mossery Rewards.
Does shipping cost add to my Moss Point balance?
Unfortunately, shipping costs do not contribute Moss Points.
I signed up before my birthday but I did not get birthday points. How so?
Customers must enter their birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points.
How do I check for my point balance?
You can find the Mossery Rewards launcher on the bottom left side of any page. Sign in to your Mossery account and you should be able to see your points.
