I've started my personal journey to better mental health late last year. One of the things my therapist encouraged me to learn more about and practice is self-care. As someone who doesn't really know how or when to care for myself, I'm hoping these books will help me finally achieve this. The books themselves are well-designed and the content reads with meaning and intention.

i lovee these journals so much! the four prompts really help to keep me committed to journalling everyday as it’s something i struggle with doing, but when i have structure, everything becomes easier to do, and the layout + colour scheme is cute too!!

It will be more to my taste if I could choose the font and the color of the text inside these notebooks. The letters were a bit too comon for my taste.
