I am seriously so thankful for everyone who works at Mossery. I ordered this with something that was out of stock and they worked quickly and diligently to make sure I had a good replacement. They also issued me a refund because there was a discount on the new item I was replacing it with! I still received this cover, just with a full planner refill instead of the twin book. I always love the quality of the stuff Mossery makes. Even the "second chance" items (which I got last year when the planner refills went out of stock so quickly) are great quality! I've been using the same cover for a few years and felt it was time for a change in 2025. I got this cover with the 2025 Vertical Half-Year planners because I carry half a year + a notebook at a time.
